While we know you know what you want, sometimes what you want and what you ordered isn’t really what you thought you wanted in the first place. Make sense? What we are trying to say is that if you are not happy, simply return the product in perfect condition and we will process the return for you when it is received. Please take a minute though to send us an e-mail explaining what went wrong.
If when you get your package the item is broken. Please, stop, take a breath, save all packing material and contact us. Everything we ship is fully insured but UPS may want to check things out. Recycling is great but don’t get too crazy with clearing stuff out too soon. If you toss the packing stuff and UPS wants to take a peak you may be “up a crick with no paddle” as grandma used to say.

Please remember to alert us before attempting to return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to you according to the policy stated above. We will deduct $5.00 from your order refund for return postage. But don't forget, you can always return or exchange any item at our store in Sacramento. Typically, items may be returned within 30 days for a refund or credit.
